Prices are listed as “Payment of Cash with Order” Payment of Cash equates to Money Order, Bank Draft, Company Check or Credit Card such as VISA/Master Card/American Express and PayPal. We currently provide free standard shipping with-in the Continental United States for all orders over $50.00. Additional fees for orders requiring expedited shipping or Saturday deliveries will be at the expense of the customer.
MightyMics typically ships in-stock items within 24 hours, items not in-stock usually ship with-in 1-3 days of receiving payment on orders placed by noon Monday though Friday, excluding Holidays and weekends.
We only ship to Canada, the United States and related U.S. Territories. Currently MightyMics does not ship product to other international destinations.
We only ship via UPS and USPS.
Your shipment method will be determined by the address provided and the weight of the product purchased.
We can provide tracking numbers for each shipment, however only UPS guarantees actual on-line updates for their shipping progress. You may visit the carrier's website to view the shipments progress.Please note the following:
We are not responsible for any Brokerage Fees, Customs Duties or Taxes associated with international shipments. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. We will not make any exceptions!
Merchandise values will not be marked below value or as “gifts”- this is prohibited by US and International government regulations.
Your 10-15 digit phone number is required for UPS shipments to Canada and can not be completed unless this information has been provided.
Not all orders can be delivered via UPS. Addresses for APO, FPO, and PO Boxes must be shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
We only ship to the address listed on your PayPal Account or credit card billing address.
If not satisfied with any product, you have 30 days from the “received date” to return it for a full refund in the amount of the product purchase price for all unopened items. This refund does not include shipping fees.
Items returned must include a Return Authorization Number RA#; issued by MightyMics. Please email us to receive your RA# and remember to include your invoice # to assist with the return process. Packages without this number will be refused.
Items must be returned in brand-new condition without signs of use, with all of the original undamaged packaging, documentation, accessories and not registered.All returns must be shipped with the original product boxes inside an over-pack box. Product returned without over-pack boxes will not be received by our shipping department.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any open/damaged product returned, with additional fees applied for any missing accessories or parts. These additional charges are subject to MightyMics discretion.
Should the purchased item arrive damaged as a result of shipping, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to make arrangements for them to inspect the item for damage and return it to us. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Should the purchased item arrive defective/DOA please contact us immediately to determine status. Truly defective items may be returned for a exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Should the purchased item be shipped incorrectly our part, MightyMics will make arrangements to cover shipping charges for both the returned item and replacement item.
For international orders, please be advised that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even for defective items.
We will always do our best to provide a new replacement item as quickly as possible.
MightyMics provides no warranty, either expressed or implied for any items; these warranties are met by the manufacturer. After 7 days of the “received date”, all defective items that require repair must be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Details concerning warranty coverage can be found in the product paperwork or on the manufacturer’s website.
